Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)

BLEZ ASIA Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy) (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

1.Types of User Information Collected and Methods of Collection
In this Policy, "User Information" refers to information related to the identification of the user, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or stored in connection with the user or the user's device, which is collected by the Company in accordance with this Policy. The User Information collected by the Company in this Service includes, but is not limited to, the following, depending on the method of collection.

(1) Information Provided by Users Information provided by users to utilize this Service or through the use of this Service includes, but is not limited to, the following.
・Information related to profile such as name, date of birth, gender, occupation.
・Contact information such as email address, telephone number, and physical address.
・Payment information such as credit card details, bank account information, and electronic money information.
・Still image information, including the user's portrait.
・Information input or transmitted by the user through input forms or other methods specified by the Company.

(2) Information Provided by Other Services upon the User's Permission to Link with Such Services During the Use of This Service
When a user permits linkage with other services such as social networking services during the use of this Service, the Company will collect the following information from the external service based on the contents agreed upon at the time of granting permission.
・User ID used on the external service.
・Other information that the user has permitted disclosure to the linked service, based on the privacy settings of the external service.

(3) Information Collected by the Company During the Use of this Service
The Company may collect information regarding the access status to this Service and the method of use. This includes, but is not limited to, the following information.

・Information related to server access logs.
・Cookies, ADID, IDFA, and other identifiers.

The specific purposes of use for the User Information collected in relation to the provision of this Service are as follows.
(1) For the acceptance of registration related to this Service, identity verification, user authentication, recording of user settings, calculation of usage fees, and other purposes necessary for the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of this Service.
(2) For measuring user traffic and behavior.
(3) For the distribution, display, and effectiveness measurement of advertisements.
(4) For responding to inquiries and providing information related to this Service.
(5) For responding to violations of the Company’s terms, policies, and other regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) related to this Service.
(6) For notifying users of changes to the Terms and Conditions related to this Service.

4.External Transmission, Provision to Third Parties, and Use of Information Collection Modules
4-1 In this Service, the following partners may store cookies on the user’s device and use them to collect and utilize user information.
(1) Partner Companies or Affiliated Partners
(2) Privacy Policy URL of the Above Partner Companies
(3) Opt-Out (Disable) URL of the Above Partner Companies
4-2 This Service incorporates the following information collection modules. Accordingly, user information will be provided to the providers of these information collection modules (including those located outside Japan) as described below.

5.Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide any personal information contained in user information to third parties (including those located outside of Japan) without obtaining the user's prior consent. However, this shall not apply when it is necessary to provide such information to third parties (including those located outside of Japan) in the following cases.
(1) When the Company entrusts the handling of all or part of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
(2) When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons.
(3) When personal information is provided to partners or providers of information collection modules in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.
(4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency or an entrusted party in the performance of duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent may impede the execution of such duties.
(5) In other cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and other relevant laws and regulations.

7.Disclosure of Personal Information
The Company will promptly disclose personal information to the user, upon the user’s request in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, after confirming that the request has been made by the user themselves (and will notify the user if the personal information does not exist). However, this does not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws and regulations. Please note that a handling fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

8.Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
8-1 If the user requests (1) correction of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not accurate, or (2) suspension of use of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or has been collected by deceitful or other unlawful means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation after confirming that the request has been made by the user themselves. Based on the results of the investigation, the Company will correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. If the Company decides not to correct or suspend the use of the personal information, the user will be notified of this decision.
8-2 If the user requests the deletion of their personal information and the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company will confirm that the request has been made by the user themselves, proceed with the deletion of the personal information, and notify the user accordingly.
8-3 The provisions of 8-1 and 8-2 shall not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to make corrections or suspend use in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws and regulations.

10.Procedures for Changing the Privacy Policy
The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. However, in the case of changes to this Policy that require the user's consent under applicable laws and regulations, the revised Policy will apply only to users who have agreed to the changes through a method prescribed by the Company. In the event of a revision to this Policy, the Company will notify users of the effective date and contents of the revised Policy by posting it on the Company’s website or through other appropriate means.
