It says that Japanese staff are permanently stationed, but there may be times when they are away from their desk outside of the posted hours.
However, even when they are not there, the Thai staff members call the Japanese staff for you (they have always been able to reach them so far), so I don't think it's a big problem.

This is the pharmacy I've been using since I lived in Bangkok. Even when Japanese staff aren't present, the products are well displayed, so if I've bought something before, I can recognize the packaging and it's easy to purchase. It's also close to Asoke Station, so it's convenient to access.
