Q. Do you carry Ivermectin?

A. We receive many inquiries about the antiparasitic drug Ivermectin.

We do carry Thai-made Ivermectin. However, it is not always in stock, so please inquire about availability and pricing.

Regarding usage and dosage, we can provide guidance for use as an antiparasitic drug, but we cannot answer questions about other treatment purposes.

 

Q. Are Thai medicines stronger in ingredients or effects compared to Japanese medicines?

A. Compared to Japanese medicines, there are both stronger and weaker products in Thailand. At BLEZ Pharmacy, we recommend medicines that suit your symptoms and body.
Please feel free to consult us about the strength of medicines and differences from those in Japan.

Do you have Tamiflu?

A. Tamiflu is not sold at the pharmacy.
The necessity of taking Tamiflu must be carefully considered, and in Thailand, it is a prescription medication that requires a doctor's diagnosis.
Additional note: Tamiflu can be prescribed under certain conditions at ourBLEZ Clinic, so please consult with us.
One method of preventing influenza is vaccination before the flu season.
In addition, regular health management such as handwashing, gargling, sufficient rest, and proper diet is important.

Q. I sent a question by email, but have not received a reply.

A. We usually respond within 1 to 2 days. If your matter is urgent, please contact us by phone or LINE (available only during Japanese staff hours).
If you do not receive a response within two days, please check your email settings and ensure your email address is correct. Be sure to allow emails from our domain (blez-web.com) to be received.

Do you have Lumigan 0.03%?

A. The Lumigan available for purchase in Thailand is currently only 0.01%.
It seems that 0.03% was produced previously, but it was changed to 0.01% a few years ago.
Since the packaging is the same, some people may look for the old version online, but please be aware that only the 0.01% concentration is available in Thailand.
Although the concentration has changed, it appears that the effectiveness remains intact.
By the way, the generic Lumigan from India is available in 0.03%.

Q. What over-the-counter spot removal creams are available?

A. There are several types of spot removal creams available at pharmacies.
The active ingredients include “Tretinoin,” which promotes skin turnover, and “Hydroquinone,” which suppresses melanin production, the cause of spots.

As of 2022, the pharmacy carries the following products:
Active ingredient: Tretinoin
Product names: ACNETIN-A Cream or DermaKlares Gel

Active ingredient: Hydroquinone
Product names: DELANIN Cream or MelloDerm Gel

Both cream and gel forms are available, but since the ingredients are the same, their effects are identical.
Please note that production of “ACNETIN-A” has ended, so please use other products with the same ingredient.

Q. Do you have Japanese cold medicines like Kakkonto or Lulu?

A. While BLEZ Pharmacy does not carry Japanese comprehensive cold medicines such as Lulu, we do have medicines suitable for early-stage colds and general cold remedies.
We will recommend medicines according to your symptoms, so please feel free to consult us.
Note: Usually, we dispense medicines one by one tailored to your symptoms, so multiple medicines may be recommended.
Instructions on dosage and interactions will be provided in Japanese.

Regarding Kampo medicines like Kakkonto, these are availableat BLEZ Traditional Pharmacy,which has been open since 2019.
It is located at Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 near Fuji Supermarket, so please feel free to visit.

Q. Do you carry Japanese medicines?

A. We carry some Japanese medicines. At BLEZ Pharmacy, we only handle Japanese medicines that have been approved by the Thai Ministry of Public Health.
If the medicine you are looking for is not available in Thailand, we will suggest alternatives with the same active ingredients from outside Japan.
If you have a specific medicine in mind, please feel free to consult us via email, phone, or in person at the store.
Note: If medicines with the same active ingredients are not available in Thailand or cannot be handled by the pharmacy,
our affiliatedBLEZ Cliniccan offer alternative prescriptions and, in some cases, prescribe substitute medicines.

Q. Can I get interpretation services at BLEZ Group stores without Japanese interpreters on site?

A. At BLEZ Group stores where no Japanese interpreters are present, telephone interpretation services are available.

Please inform the Thai staff that you would like “Japanese interpreter assistance,” and the staff will call a Japanese interpreter for you.

However, this service is available only during Japanese staff hours (from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Q. I live in Japan. Can you ship medicines to Japan?

A. Due to regulations governing the export of pharmaceuticals, we cannot directly ship medicines overseas. However, we can introduce import代理 agents who handle overseas shipping. Please feel free to consult us.

Some customers request direct shipping from our store to Japan because import agents charge prices higher than the local Thai store price. However, the costs of labor, materials, facilities, and shipping involved in delivery mean that even if our store handled shipping directly, the cost would be similar to that of the import agents.
Purchasing at local store prices is only possible when you visit the store in person.

Q. Do you carry Kampo medicines?

A. We do not carry Kampo medicines from the same manufacturers as those prescribed in Japanese hospitals. However, Kampo medicines with the same ingredients, such as Kakkonto,
are availableat BLEZ Traditional Pharmacy,located on Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 near Fuji Supermarket.
We can also provide prescriptions tailored to your symptoms, so please feel free to consult us.
You can also order Kakkonto through the BLEZ online shop.

Q. I have a lifestyle-related disease. Can I buy the medicines prescribed by my hospital?

A. Availability varies depending on the medicine, so please consult us first.
When you do, please provide the necessary medication details (active ingredient, dosage, frequency, required amount, etc.).
Example: “Amlodipine 10 mg, one tablet per day, for 60 days.”
Note: For patients with lifestyle-related diseases, we recommend not only medication but also regular follow-up examinations.

Q. Can I buy sleeping pills?

A. BLEZ Pharmacy does not provide sleeping pills, but we can recommend supplements that promote good sleep and antihistamines that cause drowsiness as a side effect.
We will suggest medicines according to your symptoms, so please feel free to consult us.
Note: Some sleep-inducing medications can be prescribed by a doctor at our affiliatedBLEZ Clinicbased on diagnosis.

Q. Can medicines purchased at the pharmacy be claimed under the Overseas Medical Expense Reimbursement System?

A. Some municipalities allow claims for medication costs only when medicines are purchased according to prescriptions issued by Thai hospitals.
However, when submitting prescriptions and receipts, Japanese-translated documents may also be required. (We do not provide translation services.)
Note: Whether reimbursement is granted depends on each municipality, so please contact your local municipality for details.

Q. Can I return or get a refund for a product?

A. Generally, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
Once a product is purchased and leaves the store, returns or refunds are not possible due to hygiene management reasons.
Please be sure to check your products before payment.

Returns and refunds are possible only for initial defects such as leakage. In such cases, we will process returns to the manufacturer, and a refund can be made after you sign the necessary documents.
Please note that returns or refunds are not accepted for mistakes caused by customer misunderstanding.
